Best tasting menu in LV. Service is outstanding and the wine selection is unreal. I have been to this restaurant almost times and it never gets old as the menu is constantly evolving.

This is the 10th visit to this outstanding restaurant. Never disappoints!

The foie gras was good, the rolls were good, the green beans near raw and not good/edible, the fingerling potatoes rather a disaster and not edible, the hen of the wood mushrooms were good, DW's steak was over done and tough, my $320 Japanese imported A5 Wagyu steak, order med rare, was overcooked with barely any pink. the service level has lost it's polish since our last visit. total utter disaster and highly not recommended, anymore.
