Javier's - Las Vegas

Welcome to the world famous Javier's! We visit Vegas 2 to 3 times per year and we always come to Javier's every single time. The drinks are exquisite and the menu items are remarkable. This is by far our favorite restaurant in Vegas. Located in the Aria, it provides an incredible high end dining experience. You will not regret making reservations. Top notch dining experience every single time we visit! BRAVO!

Enjoyed a wonderfully delicious meal at Javier's. The place was packed, bar was a bit backed up with our first round of drinks, but all in all, was a great night. Service was on point, food very tasty, and the drinks hit just the right note. The fried ice cream and tres leches cake were super good!

The food was incredible! We tried several drinks, and each one was fantastic. The meal itself was plentiful and delightful. They also provide complimentary chips and salsa, which had a nice kick but was very flavorful. We sampled a range of desserts, and they were all scrumptious. Just a heads up—the guava cheesecake has more of a pumpkin pie texture, but it's still delicious!

Is Javier's worth it? Kind of. Would I return? Probably not. Why? Given the prices, I expected to be impressed, but I wasn't. I tried both the soft and hard tacos. The soft tacos were quite good, but the hard tacos were dry and lacking in flavor, and the portions were on the small side. My suggestion, if you're looking for Mexican food, is to save your money and head to Gonzalez Y Gonzalez in NYNY for larger portions and a better flavor profile.

The service was good, and the salsa along with the margaritas were delicious—very flavorful! However, the rest of the food was just okay. The tuna ceviche was decent, but it had been marinating all day and ended up quite bland. No one at our table was particularly impressed with their meals. I would definitely recommend going there for drinks and appetizers, but I won’t be returning for dinner. Additionally, the ambiance was quite dark and loud, even for our early dinner reservation. It's also important to note that they don’t split checks for large parties; they can only divide the total among up to four cards. That’s something to keep in mind if you're going with a big group!
