Bidra med feedbackThe food at Fleur's is delicious! It's definitely worth booking a reservation. Make sure to come hungry because there are plenty of options to try. The steak was cooked perfectly and the chocolate dessert was delicious. Fleur has a new menu too! Just be aware that the main dishes do not come with sides, so the bill can add up quickly.
I have eaten at this restaurant many times over the years, but it has been a while since my last visit. Unfortunately, this dinner was not like the others...and not in a good way. The experience was not very exciting and the execution was sloppy. Here are some observations: The white wine was served at room temperature (even though we initially declined an ice bucket), but it had not been stored properly so it should have been cold. The staff was friendly, but their basic service skills need improvement. The halibut was overcooked and dry, as was the farro. The manager was seen chewing food on the restaurant floor during service. The food and wine menu was very ordinary and geared towards the masses, rather than trying to impress. The bread and butter program was solid. Overall, it was a very average experience. It wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't outstanding, hence the 2.5 star rating (I ultimately decided on 2 stars). Other adjectives to describe it would be boring, ordinary, and unexciting. There are plenty of other dining options in Vegas where you can enjoy a real meal, especially for the prices they charge (around $80 per person). It's easy to see why the restaurant was 80-90% empty and there was only one person at the bar at 7:30pm on a Saturday night, during a busy concert night at Mandalay Bay.
This upscale French restaurant is situated next to the casino in the Mandalay Bay resort complex. Despite the fact that the food was delicious and we were able to secure a table on a Friday evening without a reservation, it was a little expensive, which could explain why it wasn't crowded. The kitchen closes shortly after 10:00 PM, so late night dinners are not an option. Both the steak and the fish were delectable. In conclusion, a dinner for two with a glass of wine and no dessert came to a total of $250.
Love the food. Happy to see it's reopened. We had lamb chops n salmon, onion soup, delicious. We missed the oyster plate that used to be on the menu
