Fleur French Bistro Las Vegas

We went with a large group of 12 and they were able to add another one in the last minute. We were the only people at the time, so the service was great.

Service was great. After you order a $17 salad and $72 rib eye steak. They charge for anchovies and bread. Everything is an additional cost. It would be better to ask more and not for bread and things that should come with the meal. Very disappointed.

This is no longer the French bistro with wonderful food. Ate there before and had a wonderful salmon on leak, with asperagas and blood orange sauce. I'm looking forward to getting it back. They ordered the salmon and they only brought a salmon piece that was boiled on a plate. They asked them about it and they said they were turned from French Bistro to Steakhouse and everything is now al-a-carte. Loaded for bread. Salmon with nothing else was 4 more than the previous wonderful meal. Pages were 18 and not Asperagas. will never eat there again,

We had a steak that was boiled and then boiled again, and side-baked potatoes were delivered cold.

We were here in February. Fleur French Bistro was the first restaurant we went to for this trip. Food was great, however, my husband was very disappointed the French Onion Soup was no longer on the menu.
