Arby's - Las Vegas

The food was served cold, despite my request for it to be freshly prepared.

I visited the drive-thru at 11:05 PM, but no one took my order. All the lights were on and the open sign was lit, and the sign said they were open until midnight. I parked to check if anyone was inside, but I saw three more cars leave before I decided to go too. This is the second time this month that I've experienced this.

I went to the drive-thru at 11:30 PM, and although the open sign was on, no one answered. The speaker box indicated that they were closed, but both online and on the window it stated they close at midnight. I even tried to call, but they had taken the phone off the hook.

I really enjoy Arby's. It's one of the few fast food spots that I frequent regularly, and my experiences there are usually quite positive. I have to admit that some locations aren't quite as good as others, but this one met my expectations perfectly. You know what you're going to get, and while it's not on the same level as a great New York deli, it consistently delivers within its own category. The staff here were quick, friendly, and helpful. We had a great meal and will definitely return. This location is the closest to our home, making it our go-to place for those days when we’re busy and someone says, "I’m craving Arby’s!"

This location is typically great, but my last visit was quite disappointing compared to what I'm used to. The fryers were out of order, so we couldn't order anything fried. That was frustrating because the fish sandwich is part of the 2 for $6 deal, and we had to change our order from what we originally planned. Plus, no curly fries? How can you go to Arby’s and skip them? That's a must-have! The staff wasn’t as friendly as the young lady I usually encounter, but they weren't rude either. Overall, it was an okay experience—neither bad nor amazing.
