We drove across town in search of a shrimp michelada and found ourselves at Ranchito. My wife was disappointed with the lack of options, yet I found myself stoked to find Rockefeller oysters. We ordered our dishes and waited eagerly, drinking our $6 Victoria beer. Shortly after, our food arrived. I noticed my wife's shrimp weren't cleaned properly and still had the shyt in them. (I thought to myself it was lazy of them. Especially at their premium prices. My dish looked delicious as I stared at it. But then a thought crossed my mind Why would they drown out the Oyster with an exaggerated amount of cheese spinach? I decided to investigate my oyster before eating them, and guess what I found? These fools really thought they could get away with barely any oyster in each shell. They CUT UP pieces of oysters and skimped each shell!! Literally! I checked THREE oysters, and each one had small cut up chunks of oysters! NOT EVEN THE WHOLE INTACT OYSTER! Like, really, you're just going to scam your clients?!? It's almost like theft, imo! Peep the attached photos of before and after the inspection!! I brought it up to my server, which she was very nice and understandable about it. I expected the manager on duty to come and apologize since they got busted scamming their clients. But this foo cowardly walked by, not even making eye contact. This place scams their clients and cuts corners. What a shame that they take advantage of their own community.
Just a five star place that we tried today, food was great, portions great, waitresses great, music great, environment great!! On our radar when ever we come back to Las Vegas. ?
The dishes are bland, the queso fundido was burned where half of it was hard as a rock, our food didn't come in time with my partner. They didn't clean the table as soon as dishes were done. Server wasnt as attentive as we would like. Food lacked amount of protein. Tortillas were nice and homemade but I don't think you should come here to spend your money if you want something we'll made. La Mojarra Loca is by far the best place to eat aside the fact that sometimes it's so busy (because the food is so good)
Great place ? awesome food, delicious and tasty. Highly recommend for family and friends. Service was wonderful my server was attentive and
