Two days in a row with bad service. Wrong order day one. Day two my Bagel was burnt to the point it tasted
Takes forever to place an order even when there is no one in line. They do not listen whether order is to go or stay. Staff are rude dismissive. Dining room is filthy, tables floors. Was a good place, pre-Covid; Covid is their excuse for now sucking. Spoiled tomatoes. Insufficient capers. Poor quality food even worse service.
I’ve pretty much given up on this location. On one visit the young man had the most difficult time just answering the question. How are you today? Ignored me twice until I brought it to his attention. Then he mumbled some disparaging comment to a co-worker. The most recent visit I waited without any acknowledgment in the morning. Until I just walked out. Customer service experience should be #1 priority when you’re a frontline, customer facing employee.
