Sitio espectacular con una buenísima gastronomía y presentación y un buen servicio

Experiencia fantástica. Chicos profesionales y atentos a todo. Sabores perfectos: estaba todo muy bien calibrado , entre el acidez , el dulzor y el amargo .Los cocineros te transmitían el amor que ponían en cada plato . El huevo benedict con holandesa algo del otro planeta . Y una mención especial para la sumiller , que hizo un maridaje espectacular. Servicio y comida d 10! Super recomendable

We have booked a meal here in the frame of our stay at the hotel santa catalina. we arrived at 8 o'clock and I was a little concerned that we were the only people in the half of the restaurant, I would not have feared it quickly filled and there was a very pleasant mood in the room. we had the 13 cursor tasting menu, which is not cheap at 120, but in my opinion was a good value given the quality of eating. the aromen were exceptional and one or to dress quite demanding, the weaving was good at 60 and the waiters were always happy to embellish my glass when I finished the wee before the forgiving curs. especially worth mentioning is the service that was exceptional, the staff was friendly, enthusiastic and created a real feeling of theater around the meal. this is a first-class restaurant, with trips to fit, expect to pay 150 250 per head, but they will not be disappointed!

Very friendly reception at the arrival. clear explanation for the tasting menu. most dishes very tasteful and beautiful combinations. clear statement about the dishes and the wines. the only part is that the air conditioning was very high and it was ice cold.

Ate twice and the a la carte and the tasting menus, and they were both exceptionally well designed and presented, served with know-how and diligence. a very pleasant experience and a good price-performance ratio for such a high standard.
