Chili's Grill - Las Lomas

Terrible service. Sat for 15 minutes before anyone came to our table for our drinks.

My boss and I went for dinner and this is what happened. Our waiter was super nice and polite but the help wasn 't. The food runner brought our food out and didn 't bring all my order. (Left my side dish of mac and cheese) which I never got. My bosses burger was not cooked the way he wanted and when they brought back the 2nd time they didn 't bring his fries. The runner said under his breath we 'll I 'm not the cook in a rude quiet tone. The manger never came to our table to check on things. We eat at different locations all the time and have great experience but this location left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Even the bar tender said where 's the host and had to go sit some customers at a table. That was the experience we had. Normally I take pics of the food and post too but this time I was too upset to do it.

In town visiting family and we decided to have dinner here. Everything was delicious and promptly served. We had the chicken crispers and chicken penne pasta, and both were perfect. I would gladly come again.

I really enjoyed my visit. They got my game on TV and they were friendly and professional. I ate one of the best hamburgers in a long time. The place was clean as well as the restroom. I'll be back.

This was the restaura t in Rio Grande City,, Texas.. We had to get the server's attention. There were three of them just standing Round, chatting. The server said she didn't know it was her table. After that, she tried to over compensate for her error. Food was tasty, and promptly served.
