Sonic Drive-in - Las Cruces

Horrible food service they need to shut this place down they mess up our burger twice! And don 't give us anything in it then when they fix it they give us this you guys need to get it together worst sonic in town by far!

The service was ok, waiting time was careless and the food was good, but not too much to expect, it is just a burger with the ingredients and taste that we all know. I went 3/5 stars not because it is a bad place, but because it is the same as the usual in almost food. I recommend it? Yes, if they only want to satisfy their hunger with a burger and pommes.

Update:No changes are always disappointed when I go to one of the sonic locations anywhere. they always move the order, forget something, get false size. food very rarely tastes fresh. burgers will fall out together with salat everywhere, soggy tomaten. crispy chicken tastes as if it was heated three different days in succession and sits under a heat lamp. it is so dried and hard.

Waited for over 20 minutes for a soda, ice cream, and slush. When our order was brought out we were told they “weren’t doing slushes because the machine was making them too watery”. We asked for a refund of the $4.99 slush and the manager on duty said no they couldn’t do a refund. We either HAD to order something else or just lose out on the price of the slush.

Worst location in Las Cruces. Whenever we go here there’s always a problem. Quality is terrible and there’s no customer service. Went to get and Icee and an ice cream cone at 9pm. Waited 10 minutes to find out that they’re not serving either at this time. For a Saturday night that’s a lot of money they’re missing out on. All I know is management needs to be retained on how to run a store.Edit:Thought I would give this place another chance for a slushie. After waiting five minutes at the drive through with no other cars, I gave my order and THEN was told they weren’t serving them. This was around 7:30 as I drove off the cashier yelled out the window “damn that’s rude”. I’m tired of the work culture is cruces.
