Bidra med feedbackI am consistently let down every time I visit a Sonic location. My orders are always messed up, something is forgotten, or the sizes are incorrect. The food hardly ever tastes fresh. The burgers are carelessly assembled with lettuce spilling out and mushy tomatoes. The crispy chicken seems like it has been reheated multiple times and left under a heat lamp, resulting in a dry, tough texture.
We had a coupon that was not working properly at the restaurant. The manager came out and said she would manually discount it. However, when we received our receipt, the discount was not applied. We called her again and she promised to give us a full refund. She provided us with a receipt that seemed to show a refund for the milkshake, but the amount did not show up in our account after 10 days. In hindsight, the receipt appears questionable.
I recently placed an order on the restaurant's mobile app, expecting it to be quick. Despite being busy, they completely forgot about my order and I had to remind them. It took them 20 minutes to prepare just one drink, which I ordered at 12:25pm and received at 12:45pm.
Horrible food service they need to shut this place down they mess up our burger twice! And don 't give us anything in it then when they fix it they give us this you guys need to get it together worst sonic in town by far!
Despite all the issues that come with fast food, especially customer service, this restaurant was amazing. The food was served quickly and hot. We had just finished shopping at the nearby mall and it was convenient to pop in. All the self-serve stations were functioning properly. The parking lot was clean and free of trash, unlike the Sonic in Silver City, NM (where we are from). I will definitely be returning! Keep up the great service and delicious food!
