Farmshop - Larkspur

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at Farmshop. We had pre-ordered and pre-paid for two buckets of fried chicken several days in advance for my grandmother's 80th birthday. Unfortunately, on our way to pick up the order, we received a call informing us that the order we had already paid for had been given away to someone else. Farmshop did not offer any solution for their mistake and essentially told us that it was our problem to deal with. We had to quickly find an alternative dinner for our family, who had already gathered and was waiting. The lack of responsibility and customer service from Farmshop was shocking. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration, and I will not be returning to Farmshop.

After getting off the ferry and not wanting to go home just yet, I often enjoy stopping by a charming little restaurant nearby.

This is hands down my top choice for delicious food and cocktails in Marin. The outdoor seating area also welcomes dogs!
