The Spot Pho Vietnamese Cuisine - Largo

I really liked this place. it was sweet on the inside, although a bit loud (and there were not many people in, maybe 3-5 other tables.) the workers are familiar with vegan diets and gave me many possibilities, that they could change from the set menu. I went with the pho that was pretty good, but the broth had no taste. they also gave paprika to the suppe that I thought was a little strange. I liked!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy, although it was a bit noisy despite there being only a handful of other tables occupied (around 3-5). The staff were knowledgeable about vegan diets and offered several ways to modify dishes from the set menu. I ordered the Pho, which was quite good, but the broth lacked flavor. I also found it a bit unusual that they added paprika to the soup. Overall, I liked it!

It's great to have a Vietnamese restaurant with vegan options available for those cravings. The atmosphere is very clean, including the restroom.

I went in and inquired about vegan options, but they told me they don't offer any. Either their menu has changed and they now have vegetarian options, or their staff isn't aware of what they serve. I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't return.

I enjoyed a tasty burrito along with some vegetable rolls. The sauces were both sweet and tangy. The prices were reasonable, and the service was quick. I will definitely add this spot to my list for lunch breaks.
