Bidra med feedbackI greeted them cheerfully with, "Good afternoon, ladies!" but received no reply, just the question, "How can I help you?" I placed my usual order, but it was tough to see what was happening as two large stickers blocked my view of the counter. When I got home, I discovered that both sandwiches were made the same way. I have a sensitive palate and prefer all my toppings to be hot, which they were not. Additionally, I don’t like black olives or banana peppers, so I had to remove those and the jalapeños from my sandwich. What a hassle! Having worked in the food industry before, I know how important morning shifts can be. I hope the staff gets the support they need, especially Beverly—if she’s not fond of working late, perhaps a day shift would suit her better.
I visited on a Friday, and there was a guy in front of me who ordered five subs to create his own. The sandwiches were made quickly, but they weren't the largest ones, which made them less visually appealing when I got home. They were a bit messy, but most of the staff had great personalities, which made for a pleasant experience overall.
Personal very unfriendly. speak them and sweat while they share our subordinates, but not a single answer from the only working coworkers.
It's Subway, the menu never changes but it's always good
Went in tonight (3-5-22) at about 8:30 to get 4 sandwiches. One of the girls working was so rude from the get go WE said hello to her and got no response. She was slamming bread trays getting our bread out. saying next with an attitude when she was starting to work on the next sandwich. We didn 't promptly tell her what meat we wanted on the 4th sandwich when she asked and because It was being decided she said again with an attitude I thought you said there was 4 sandwiches! Her whole attitude and tone was nasty and rude her customer service sucked. We usually leave a good tip but absolutely not with that attitude. I hope she doesnt treat all the customer this way. This location shows it closes at 9:30 ok Google (if it doesn 't close at the time it should be corrected) so if her attitude was because they were all cleaned up and we came in an hour before closing might wanna tell your employees not to clean up the food prep table so early because a whole hour before closing you could have many customers than what? she gonna be nasty to everyone? I got a video towards the end of her throwing cookie tongs into the cookie holder. Not one smile, smirk, hello, thank you, have a good night nothing came out of her mouth. Her whole vibe is just nasty!
