Matjoa Korean Bbq - Largo

The best Korean bbq I have ever had! This is my favorite restaurant around the area (always the birthday spot). 11/10!!

The food service were exceptional. Some of the sides were a bit different than what I've seen at other Korean BBQs. I'm still dreaming about the cheese corn. My only critique would be to make sure you understand that there is different pricing depending on cash vs. credit payments. That being said, the servers were very accommodating. My toddler had fallen asleep when I brought him inside, but our server still asked if we wanted to order a drink for our son just in case. They also have a carousel of servers who will check up on you, so even if your original server is busy, you'll be taken care of. Unrelated to the food service, but one server in particular, Joe B., really went above beyond. When we got home, we noticed a lengthy scratch on our car. We initially thought someone keyed our car, so we called the restaurant to ask if they had security cam footage of the parking lot. Joe looked through their security footage as best he could, and then took the initiative to contact the adjacent hotel to see if they had any footage of the parking lot. I really appreciated how much Joe seemed to care about the situation as if it was his own car. I wanted to tip him extra after the fact, but he respectfully declined. It's hard to find good service these days, but this place knocks it out of the park. Will definitely revisit next chance we get when we're back in that part of town.

I come here with my friends ALL the time, Matjoa food is always seasoned so well and flavored amazing, the atmosphere is top-notch with their music and wall decor, each and every single one of their waitstaff is friendly and kind and funny, I seriously cannot say enough fabulous things about this place, it's easily one of my favorite restaurants in Florida Price per person: $30–50

This was our first time trying Korean BBQ. The restaurant was very nice. Our waiter Chris was very helpful and patient in explaining the menu and ensuring we had a great dining experience. The food was very good. We opted to have them make it. Next time we’d definitely like to grill it ourselves. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
