Goose's Sports - Largo

This is one of my go-to places for enjoying a couple of beers and some delicious bar food.

This was the first bar we visited and we enjoyed their wings. However, we had some negative experiences there, mostly with the customer service or lack thereof. We arrived early on New Year's Eve at around 4:30-5. The server seemed to be waiting for us to speak and it made me uncomfortable. We decided to switch tables because I was not in the mood for the attitude. It seems like this place caters more to locals or regulars, and if you are not one, you may receive poor service and even find hair in your food. Overall, we probably won't be returning.

I recently discovered this amazing local bar, which turned out to be the perfect place to hang out while I was doing my laundry next door. As a newcomer to the area, I decided to visit this spot in the early afternoon and I was not disappointed. The owner was incredibly friendly and humorous, and the regular customers were also very nice. It had a very positive atmosphere. The bar food was delicious and served quickly, and the bartenders were sweet and polite. Despite some negative reviews, I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I can't speak for the evening hours, but my overall experience was fantastic. I ordered a variety of items from the menu and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this neighborhood bar for more good times.

Great place to go. Friendly staff and great specials on food through the wk. Thurs. Is cheeseburger day. A fantastic big burger cooked to perfection with fries and a 16oz. Draft beer or soft drink for 6.95. Also Same deal only Beef Philly on Mon. If you go once you will go back.
