Checkers Restaurant - Largo

French fries were hardly seasoned my burger was brilliant. For the first time I had bad food! I sat there because I love the Pommes Frites.

They had a sale, but I was overloaded. I had to give my order twice on the walk up, just to get a burger that was so sloppy that he fell apart before I finished. (8 pickles? The cold dog was terrible. Everything looked awkward, how hard is it to put cheese on the hot dog?

9/9/22 I visited my family after we needed a quick bite on the way home after we had just received a terminal diagnosis. I used to live in this area and realized that I hadn't visited any checkers in a long time and I'm honestly shocked how terrible the service was. We understand that you guys are on a timer, but your drive thru cashier asked much too many questions too fast and acted as if we were sitting there right now. If she hadn't been able to interrupt us with the same questions as we could interrupt and distract children, we could have been in and out. Then we come into the window and she says that we have to move to the other side after we have given the stinking eye, not even harassed, at least to see as if she had tried to act as a professional. No one deserves to be treated like this and to humiliate me and my family as we try to make a bad day something better to bring money to your store during these trials. Shameful. You really have to be careful because you really never know who you take your frustrations. Of course, never go back, whether you are interested or not, but I really hope that we are the worst case scenario, because that was a surreal and unpleasant experience. Until they get a new team, I highly recommend that no one eat with this crew there (yes, I spoke to two other people there.) Thanks for the terrible experience of Rhonda.

It wasn't here. Remember why. Burgers are not hot and everything tastes like fat. Two people ate $14. That's cheap food.

I was second in line for the drive through yet it took 15-20min to get served. The guy in front of me wasn't helped for 10-15min, unsure as to why. Once I get there I've been wanting to try the new fry seasoned tenders they keep advertising. However, they were sold out. Ok, I ordered a #2 instead and asked for a mango smoothie. No mango smoothies. They also had no ice cream and a few other items. The man who actually handed me my food from the counter was nice and sincere though. Slow service from the order taker, and lack of inventory.
