Main Event Laredo

This restaurant is a wonderful spot to enjoy hours of fun.

The restaurant appeared to be lovely. However, on a Saturday night, there were only 3 bartenders working which caused delays in getting a drink at the bar. It took me 10 minutes each time I wanted a drink.

This restaurant is a great place to bring the kids, and it's not a big deal that the exits are easily accessible for children to wander. The food is decent, although I can't say it's outstanding - my last meal came out cold, while I remember the burgers and fries being hot. It was difficult to flag down a server, as they seemed preoccupied with other customers. The bartenders were too busy chatting with others to notice me waiting for service. The prices are a bit high, especially for a group, so they should consider offering discounts. Despite these issues, it's a nice spot to unwind with the kids, enjoy some drinks, and hang out with friends.

Actually terrible place to eat. the food took us 50 minutes to get there what I am not dramatic at all. even if I got to pay the scary, it wasn't even confused, but three times until finally I had to go back and check the price fee. that lasted a total of 30 minutes only for one charge. not only that, but when asked for a ketchup bottle and some mayonnaise the dame totally spooked and never showed up, another waiter had to ask working there.

We had booked our son's birthday party back in December without knowing anything about Main Event because we’ve never been, but we had heard it was a fun place to be at. We were nervous about how the party would go simply because we’ve never stepped foot in their building, so it was natural for us to have some doubt. Once we arrived, we were immediately greeted and the lady called our party hosts for introductions. We were greeted by Jake, who introduced himself as the manager on duty. He yelled from about 20 feet away “HELLO WHO'S THE LUCKY BIRTHDAY BOY!” From that moment, we knew we were about to have fun. My son got pumped up and ready for his big day. We were escorted to our seating area and we were immediately taken care of with drinks and shoes for bowling. We were just amazed with how well everything was handled. Towards the end of the party Jake came by once again and asked how everything went. We expressed how happy we were and he thanked us for choosing their business. I didn’t know much about how it worked here, but I do know that the manager was the most upbeat and the most professional young man we’ve seen. This place was just awesome
