This Spot was the most terrible experience! I had been to the resturant many times before and had very good service and food! When we entered we sat down and ordered coffee and it was brought right away, but it was 15 minutes before we gave up waiting for the waitress! We flagged down another and explained we were not being waited on! Soon the waitress came and took our order! There was no sweetner for our coffee, so we had to take it from another table. Our food finally came but the omillett I ordered was sub quality and had almost nothing inside! The food also was to include toast but that didn't come with the food! my coffee became empty but no one came to refill it until we complained! As I finished my ommellet the waitress brought the toast after my wife complained! lots of I'm sorries but nothing changed! We went to pay and I asked the asst. mgr. I told him we had terrible service in english and he replied THANK YOU! Wow! I don't guess I live in Laredo, Texas USA!!!!! All in all it was the worst service I have ever experienced!
