Panera Bread - Lansing

I put the left chicken teriyaki bowl in my microwave, and she started firing. I had to buy a new micro. could have been worse. it could have burned the house down.

Lemonade taste watered down, rolls hard, and stingy with the cheese when ordering a flatbread pizza! The one on Cedar is much cleaner and better!

I purchased a roasted turkey avocado BLT, however there was no avocado and I had already driven back to work 15 mins away. This location unfortunately has issues like this half the time I go (I wish I could stay away, but their mac and cheese is so comforting and I liked their baked goods too much), so it's really hit or miss. One time I called 30 mins ahead to order bagels for the office, I was put on hold for 25 mins than hung up on. A few times I ordered a large Mac with my pick two (paid the upcharge), only to realize later I was given a small. This location is notorious for running out of avocado, however up until now they've always told me when I'm ordering they don't have any so they either forgot to tell me or someone just forgot to put in on my sandwich. 90% of the time the staff is very pleasant, and the store manager seemed nice the one time I got to speak with them (they let me keep the small Mac they gave me in error and gave me the large like I ordered). If the slip ups weren't so consistent I'd give them a 4 star, but it's seriously every other time I go there. Also the drive through is VERY unfortunate. Once you get in you can't leave. When I go there for a specific item and they're sold out I have to wait sometimes 10 15 mins before I can leave the line, which sometimes means I have to race back to work with no lunch.

I will never ho back to the Paneras on Saginaw in Lansing. I ordered a regular cinnamon bagel and got something with sugar on it!. I took it back and they said they are not redoing my order. Seriously? I can't believe you did this. Also nobody goes around and wipes the tables down. I have to do it and you want a tip? What do you do to get a tip? This is a good way to get allot of people sick. And as a customer stop calling them Darling!! Am I at a bar??

Food is great, but every. Single. Time. I come to Panera they get my order wrong. Like, every time. If I ask for an iced latte with almond milk, I’ll get a hot latte. If the next time I specify very carefully it’s iced, I’ll get it with regular milk. If I order a bowl with no meat or dairy, I’ll always get one or the other. This isn’t a one time thing it’s like I come to Panera bread expecting them to get my order wrong ?
