Bj's Brewhouse Lansing

Made a reservation for my son’s birthday with the whole family. Drove two hours to enjoy a great meal. Checked in told them we had a reservations. Said it would be a few minutes. 45 minutes later they said they were having some IT issues. Said it would be a couple more minutes an hour after our initial reservation time they said they couldn’t seat anyone or take any customers because they whole computer system was down and they had no clue when it would be up. So two hour drive to get to BJs, wait time of over an hour and two hours home all to end up having chic-fil-a. Just lovely.

Had 6 pm reservations, seated about 6:40. Husband’s chicken sandwich was cold but the rest of the meals were good. I love the chicken with soba noodles dish. Server Wes was great. I do recommend and will continue to go back.

Wait staff did their best with a slow kitchen and during peak time. Server communicated well with us about any delay in food or beverage. Overall very good experience. We will be back. Thank you.

Couldn’t find our reservation but fit us in. Very busy, so we understood problems. Long waits for food. Still liked the food very much and will be back.

Always an enjoyable meal great staff and friendly environment
