Arby's - Lansing

I decided to give the brisket sandwich a try and was disappointed. The portion of meat was decent, but the bun was very small in comparison. It seems like fast food sandwiches everywhere have smaller buns now, but they still cost more. It was underwhelming, although it did taste okay, just a little salty. Everything else was enjoyable, so I'll give it 4 stars. I probably won't order that sandwich again. The delivery driver was very friendly.

Chocolate shake was really tasty--thick and quite chocolate-y Gyro was good, too, though not as good as Ive had from this Arbys before. I can also recommend the salty caramel cookie. Chocolate chips with pieces of caramel candy, a big cookie, too. My dasher was especially nice. She was fast, friendly and with a lovely smile. Very nice job, everyone!

Fries were burnt and only half full. Its expensive enough without having these issues.

Half of the items were missing from my order. I paid $35 for a sandwich that I couldn't eat, and there were no fries or drink included. There was also no dip for my sandwich. Overall, it was a waste of money.

I received the incorrect order at the restaurant. I had ordered a double BNC with a medium fry, a cherry turnover, a cup of cheddar sauce, and a sweetened tea. However, I received a large fry, a chicken sandwich that I didn't order, and my sweet tea was unsweetened. Additionally, I did not receive my cherry turnover or the extra cup of cheese that I paid for. Even though the sandwich and fries were good, I am disappointed with the mistakes in my order.
