Bidra med feedbackI met a friend here for lunch. I had the mujadra sandwich, which was a little dry. We also got hummus and bread to share. I was disappointed that the bread wasn't homemade, and more like the stuff you'd buy at a store, but it was ok. The menu did not explain any items, so you really have to know what each item means. I was more familiar, but my friend was not. The service was very slow, although friendly. They had plenty of vegan options, but I don't know that I would come back again, although the price might entice me.
Aladdin has a solid set of options for vegans/vegetarians. the ones I tried are their aubergine sandwich with tahini sauce, which I enjoyed very much, and their falafel tabbouleh, which are also great, but I prefer to be my falafel a bit craspier.
Like any other middle eastern restaurant, but her hummus is one of my favorites
That's my favorite Flafel place! they are really sweet, and eating is so good. Vegan options are not marked on the menu, but they can helpers explain what is and is not vegan.
I never had such bad service ever. eating was okay, the fattoush salad was actually pretty good. both my man and I have asked for a sort of change to our sandwiches that I wanted hummus instead of tahini on my falafel sandwich and my man wanted to add pickles to his Mujaddara sandwich. I came dry and had no pickles. it took forever. we came to lunch and they were decently busy and it was very obvious that each one had a kind of problem with their eating, not just us. a waitress who worked was clearly new and/or not trained. the owner finally came out and began to help, but it was too late. save them the effort and go to the taco bell or Q-Doba, which are accessible to foot.
