Bidra med feedbackExcellent place to stop for breakfast. Only a few minutes north of the 401 and about 10 minutes from Gananoque, this restaurant is well worth your detour. The food and service were fantastic, with plenty of choices for breakfast available. I’m really glad we found this place on the map as it made our trip to the 1000 Islands that much better by having an awesome breakfast to start off our last day in the area.Since this location also doubles as a gas station and small convenience store you can stock up before heading back out on your road trip. Definitely a better place to stop on your travels than the busy ONroutes.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu had a great selection of food.Parking: Tough to find a spot as it’s gravel around the building with some large pot holes.
We had dinner with 4 friends, camping nearby. This was an excellent restaurant in all aspects, variety on the menu, quality and price and our server Kendra was highly efficient and pleasant. The lemon pie was delicious!!
I would go only 2.5 because the wrap of my wife looked good and the suppe my sister had in law. my food tasted good, but if she bring you a sandwich with nothing but butter on her and the meat, it makes you wondering. then they are asked if they want to bring it, I was tied. then turn around and calculate us extra for them is not good customer service. not to mention that we had to wait long enough for the order. the last time I was there, it was much better.
I've been there twice since they reworked the menu. when they first sold the place, it was not very good to eat, but now it has returned to its former glory. genuine homemade food and delicious desserts. real kartoffel pots and homemade cakes in a lot of aromen. the personal is friendly and efficient. I love this place again. Go on.
Good breakfast. Simple, straight-ahead roadside diner with good service, good food, and great baked goods.
