Bidra med feedbackI absolutely despise this location. I order my food at 6:59pm it’s 9:10pm and I still don’t have my food. Called to check the status and the “MANAGER” supposedly was extremely rude and said he doesn’t care to hear the customers frustration regarding their order. This is the second time I encountered this guy horrible attitude as a so called “MANAGER”.
The employee working in this store exhibits unnecessarily aggressive attitudes. We encounter this attitude every time. It's like he's working for free and it's our fault? Today, when we placed our order and came to pick it up 25 minutes later, he said he didn’t make it ready yet. We had to wait another 30 minutes. He said we were not his priority? Speaks aggressively and abusively. You should hire better human being!
I put an order in and an hour later when I called to see the status of my pizza I was told they haven 't even started making it yet, we 're just making orders we received at 6:00. I placed my order at 8:16. Why not just tell customers you can 't take orders at this time because of technical issues or due to being understaffed? Why waste the consumer 's time? You can 't I 'm gonna give you free pizzas, you 're way out of this either... I 'm good on Domino 's. This one location has turned me off from the entire franchise. The lack of professionalism is consistent based on my past experiences but this time I 'm done for real.
Horrible, please stay clear! Put an order in for delivery at 8pm and it's 11:19pm yet to be delivered. Called the store and whoever picked up told me customers that put orders in at 6pm are still waiting as well. Place order here at your very own risk. I will give them a 0 if there's that option.
Orders curb side delivery. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes and called the store just to get hung up on. Only reason I ordered curb side was because i was with my toddler. when I went inside I talked to DeMon who said he's the manager and only said they don't offer the curb side and that there's signs posted didn't even apologize nor offer any discount or free iteam. They are 2 small pieces of paper with thin marker written no curb side . really? how would someone see this from their car? they could at least call the customer to let them know instead of letting the food sit there. there where no customers in the lobby by the way and I noticed him stair at my car several times cause I had my blinkers on . he should not be managing this store if he has this kind of attitude and customer service
