Dunkin' Donuts - LANGHORNE

I don't usually post reviews on Yelp, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location due to their excellent service. When I walked in with my daughter, they gave her a complimentary donut. Unfortunately, it fell on the floor when I wasn’t paying attention. However, the staff noticed and kindly informed me of what happened, offering her a second donut for free. It truly made my daughter's day, so thank you for your thoughtfulness and for the little things that matter!

I spent $6 on a cup of ice with just a splash of water and matcha powder. To make matters worse, they forgot my donut. I understand that the staff may not be paid well, but it really shows in the level of customer service.

They made a mistake with my friend's drink, which I understand can happen. However, they served a drink that was completely different from what I ordered.

This location isn't your typical renovated Dunkin'. It's more of an old-school version. The interior is a bit cramped.

I went to this restaurant yesterday morning and was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. The floor seemed like it hadn't been swept or mopped, and there were spills on the doors. Overall, the place felt very dirty. The food was also disappointing—the bacon was undercooked, and the bagel was burnt. I can only guess how dirty the ovens and toasters must be on the inside. This isn't the first time I've noticed problems, but it will definitely be my last visit.
