Lyndon City Line Diner - Lancaster

I always loved Lyndon Diner. It is somehow located in a strange place, but it is late open, has delicious food, many options, and nice staff! A friend and I had dinner here and we were both very happy. I ordered the crab removal (and could not finish it), but it was delicious!! Only a much larger part than I expected. But it was very delicious, and my friend's meal was great. You also make some delicious seasonal cocktails here, so try it out!

Always looking for a breakfast place near Lancaster PA Nice place just 10 minutes for a stand. Not bad for this area. Eat a tad cold but very busy place! I had a meat lover Omelette And my husband had blueberry pancakes. He was colder than mine.

How can you say when a restaurant has really good food? If you can't find a parking lot. We were lucky and nabbed the last available when we arrived. We sat fast, despite the packed lot, through a smiling face and pep in their step. The coffee was excellent, the menu varied and large. I tried the Gyro Omelette while my husband ordered the Lyndon Irish Breakfast. Both arrived quickly, served fresh and hot. My Gyro Omelette was so delicious, I had a difficult time to slow down to enjoy it. The food came in such quantities that none of us could finish our plates! Definitely a great find with amazing food, wonderful staff and a beautiful old time diner ambience. I just have to mention the staff who drive the tables. They were so fast, efficient and thoroughly cleaned with each table. You have to try!

For me, this place is a dream. The outside looks literally like something from an epic teenager 60s movie. Inside I can also the same day, I traveled back in time. The music that plays inside simply adds, Beatles, Elvis, etc. The prices are amazing, the price for the portions they give, I'm never hungry here every time I visit this area. I always take portions home and then go to breakfast. The food here is really delicious, but I must mention that their Belgium waffle with ice is the best Belgium waffle with ice cream I've ever eaten at a diner. Service is fast, professional and sufficient. I'm from New York, a literal garbage dump, food, music and environment. This place felt safe and heavenly. Rant's done. Very recommended.

Arrived about 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday, they were extremely busy, but we got seated right away, party of 2. Prices were a little bit on the high side but the portions were big. The amount of time from ordering till we got our food was about normal, maybe 15-20 minutes. The mimosas were a little bitter. Waitresses and staff were friendly enough. The restroom was clean. Plenty of parking. They did have biscuits and gravy even though I didn't see it on the menu, I asked and they had it.
