Sonic Drive-in - Lancaster

Forgot stuff in our order that we payed for never gave us a receipt gave us completely different items than what we ordered this specific store has been this bad for 5 years

I went to sonic on Ety Rd on my lunch and got a BLT sandwich. Unfortunately, there was barely any bacon on the sandwich I called Chandra and she was so professional and had no problem with replacing my sandwich. This is what good customer service looks like thank you so much Chandra!

Food is good but alot of times there either out of syrup or carbination and sodas tast flat not to mention when there ice cream machine gose down its normally down for a month or two.Parking: Many in stall parking few parking if you want to sit at tables, they are located near a field so the wind is a little to trong to try and sit outside and eat better in your car.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the food here especially the ice cream and shakes

Dumbest place to order from there store is trash and never has there stuff fixed and there employees lie to you just to get you to place a order and then lie to dashers saying they never got a order when they did they just didn't have the stuff to fill the order!!! I would not recommend this store to save my own life it needs shut

Chandra was very rude after being asked to not speak about oral sex on the headsets due to children being present.
