Sonic Drive-in - Lancaster

It was pretty cool, you drive up and give them your order and they will bring it out to your car.(we don't have anything like that in n.j. . Or you can park and sit at the tables, place your order and they bring it to you. There is no inside seating though.

The food and service were excellent. I didn't rate the atmosphere because I didn't eat inside. This was the third restaurant that I had stoped at and the first one where I got served good food. One was apparently closed and the other had rude staff.Food: 5/5

Tasty place to satisfy your junk food cravings. They have some delicious ice cream selections. Easy access for take out or dine in your car with curbside service.

Pulled into a parking spot, it took 10 minutes for someone to take my order and another 20 to receive it. This is supposed to be fast food. Meanwhile I watch drive thru moving at light speed. This is horrible.Update,I ordered thru your pull up at location #6883 and ordered food at 12:16 pm. I watched cars come in after me and leave with their food and the drive thru line too but I didn't receive mine. I pushed the button again to see what was going on 30 minutes after I ordered and the person that answered asked what I wanted to order like they forgot. I spent my whole lunch break sitting there and asked for my money back. They sent a young lady out with my refund and the excuse that they are short staffed. I'm not pleased with that because they had enough staff to fill everyone else's orders but not mine? That is unexceptionable. If they would have said sorry and brought out my food instead of using the short staff excuse I would have been satisfied.
