Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely the worst experience in a Hilton brand hotel restaurant. Bartender was rude and took forever. Ordered my meal for takeout. Got to room and was not correct. Went back bartender said sorry but kitchen is closed. It was 8:00 pm. I read restaurant was open until 9? Bartender was rude and said fine I’ll refund what’s made wrong. Ask to speak with manager and hotel front desk person shows up? Terrible service and absolutely worst attitude. Was spoken to like I did something wrong. Will never stay at this hotel again let alone eat at the restaurant. I stay 150 days a year in hotels. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Food: 1 Service: 1

That was delicious. the portions are huge. our waiter was great!
We couldn't eat in the restaurant. our server has gone to get us coffee and see if someone could make mimosas. she served all the others after us with coffee and 15 minutes later we decided to go. When she saw us leave, she wanted to help us.
We enjoyed eating. it was above average in taste and presentation. the service was amazing, but we have made reservations for valentinstag. the place was not filled, but the server were extremely busy coughing and bustling. Maybe they didn't have enough help? we were told in the beginning that the kitchen was running behind with the meals, and some people were there much longer than we were, but we didn't have to wait long. but our table was next to an area that was a high traffic area, so that there was constantly cold air on us when people went back and forth next to us. still we enjoyed the night.
