Mary is an amazing woman in that place I love seeing her when I go in, with that being said, the people on bagels needs to be retrained or removed cause every time without fail, something is wrong with the order and they take literally 20 minutes to make two wraps. once they got a drink order wrong and insisted it was correct, but the food is constantly something missing or they a long time to prepare the food.

Ordered Coffee, and Tea from this place.... Two times this week the Tea was Coffee, They either do not care about the customers or are ignorant of English

I'm not sure what has changed with this location, but be prepared to wait in very long 20 plus minutes for a coffee regardless of time of day. I've started taking a longer trip to other Tim's with shorter lineups.

No Customer Service No greeting no Have a good day no customer appreciation at all. What happened to the Canadian standards? The workers look like they dont wanna be there and are in pain. Customer service quality has declined in the past few years and its only getting worse.

Worst timmies in London horrible service horrible management this place absolutely disgusts me if they mess up a order they tell you it's your own fault they made you the wrong food I'd steer far away on top of it all there coffee is never fresh an donuts are trash your better off a buying a coffee from Petro that's how bad this service is there
