Taco Bell - Lakeland

I'll start this off by saying I love Taco Bell. It's my favorite fast food option. That being said, this was my first visit at this location and it was a bad first impression. I got the Box with the Chalupa, cinnamon twists, beefy 5 layer burrito with a Pepsi Max. The Pepsi Max tasted off, too much water from the mixing process being off. The twists were covered in cinnamon, but had no cinnamon taste to them, and were tart. I couldn't bring myself to finish them. The Chalupa was practically empty and the shell was stale. I had to bite with a bit of force to get through the shell. The only good food item was the burrito, which was on point . Overall, I do not recommend this location. The one across from Lakeland Square has always been great for me, and I recommend that one.

Visited this establishment around 7:00 pm. No one takes your order here inside. You place your order on the Kiosk. The wait time was ridiculously long and then it was inaccurate with another long wait time to fix and complete the order. The majority of the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. We asked an employee for a wipe down and he gave us a throw away cleaning rag. The atmosphere was not very clean and not very inviting. No personalization here, just cold as if everything is robotic. I don't recommend this establishment and will not return

Had an issue with a large mobile order for a birthday party. We were missing 1 item and most of the other items were not as ordered. After contacting management we were offered for the order to be remade. The management made good on this offer and all is well. Thank you for the responsive coustmer service!!

Best taco bell in town. Always fresh and made well. Never had a messed up order here. If you want Taco bell come to this one.

The girl in the drive-thru was super sweet. I know I came thur about 1am so I was willing to wait for my food. It was nice and hot. But when I got home my Mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag. I got squished and it's stuck to box. I asked for no pizza sauce and it was covered.
