Saigon Bistro - Lakeland

I feel disappointed. I ordered the pho soup and they brought me the vegetables they looked bad they tasted bad and I told the waiter to change it for me and bring back the same plate of vegetables, it's a shame that those vegetables look old and taste bad. What a shame !!

Absolutely delicious. Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken. Wonderful, pleasant service. So glad we went.

My first experience with a traditional ramen. The vegetable dumplings were great, but the bone broth was not for me. Not disappointed, because trying new things means you may find things you don't like. I will come back to try their curry, as I tasted my sister's and loved it. The coffee is amazing, though boba in it is not to my liking. Service was very friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

Why haven’t I come here sooner? Why didn’t I come here sooner? WHY did I not come here sooner?!? *smacks self in the head* Saigon Bistro is a getaway for your taste buds, heart and belly. It is so good and I am upset with myself for not visiting sooner when I had been wanting to. Their food is such authentic Vietnamese, and none of it is real fancy but it’s just wonderful. I am especially obsessed with their pineapple fried rice, in which they literally cut a pineapple in half, fry the rice and protein and veggies together and stick it right back into the pineapple to serve to you. Holy moly, I am going to visit again soon to have that because it’s perfection. The curry is good here, and so many other options. Oh yes, and a fun boba tea while you wait too- what’s not to like?! Saigon is such an unassuming gem, as it doesn’t look like much from the outside, or the inside really. It’s not a super cute or fancy place, but the product makes all the experience. Plus, it’s located in Lakeside Village, so you can shop before or after your meal or hit up a movie, walk around and enjoy the area. Saigon, I’m coming for you!!

I've been to Saigon Bistro numerous times. Food is delicious. Staff polite. Bathrooms clean. Volume level is easy to have a conversation. I enjoy trying new things and they deliver a great experience every time. I recommend.
