Kaliki's Hawaiian Shave Ice

Cool place, unfortunately mainly run by teenagers who have no clue what they’re doing and back up the line. We love going here for dole whip in the summer, but 95% of the time the machine is broken or “nobody remembered to fill the machine” then the soft serve machine is also always non operational. Whole place is regularly dysfunctional. Would be a great business if it made a few tweaks.

The shaved ice was yummy and the young staff was friendly however the older blonde lady was rude to the staff, barking orders, and belittling the staff in front of a room full of customers… all instead of actually offering a hand and was far from supportive. I feel terribly sorry for these young gals if this is their manager.

Loved it!! It was so good. I recommend the sharks blood flavor for snowcones! It smells great too!

Big selection and great tasting ice creams. Gotta love the Hawaiian music and Hawaiian vibe. Bring a friend they'll love it! Fun!

I ordered churros, a milkshake, and an iced latte on Doordash. Both drinks were made with sour, expired milk that I could taste in each one, and it was disgusting. The churro was okay, but overall it was a terrible and disappointing experience.
