Papa John's Pizza - Lake Mary

People are quick to highlight the negatives, but I want to give credit to this restaurant. They delivered a large order incredibly quickly, even without prior notice, and everything was accurate. The manager called me just minutes after I placed my order through the app to confirm how soon I wanted it, and they even exceeded my expectations by arriving ahead of schedule. Excellent work!

My daughter recently got a job at a different location, and for two weeks, she struggled to reset her Workday password. Despite reaching out to her store managers, they were unable to assist her. I decided to call another Papa John's and spoke with a manager named Corey at the location on 4300 W Lake Mary Blvd in Lake Mary. After I explained the situation, Corey took the time to look up the handbook and provided us with a phone number to help with my daughter’s issue. Thank you so much, Corey, for your kindness and for going above and beyond to assist her. If I could give you 10 stars, I definitely would!

Let’s discuss employee competency. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats from this location and received a completely wrong order, likely someone else's. No worries—I got a refund from Uber and placed another order. Forty-five minutes later, I was delivered yet another incorrect pizza. Both boxes had my information printed on the label, so the issue clearly lies with the staff, who seem to struggle with the basic task of matching the correct label to the correct box. I understand that finding reliable help can be challenging, but even dogs can be trained to guide the visually impaired, sniff out landmines, and perform rescues. Surely someone there can teach the younger employees how to accurately take and prepare orders, and properly label the boxes. Am I asking for too much?

This is an excellent Papa John's location! The staff is quick and friendly. On the one occasion when they made a mistake with my order, they promptly remade it for me without any hassle. I'm really grateful for their service. Bret and Brantley are both outstanding!

I ordered the new Papadia for myself and my husband, and it didn't look anything like I expected. It was burnt on both sides, which left me quite disappointed.
