Little Caesars Pizza

I wouldn't even give this review a 1 start, I order a large cheese pizza,crazy bread,cheese bread and garlic sauce and I never got my garlic sauce. I called and told them what had happened they first said they didn't deliver, only on DoorDash or Uber as I just had mt food delivered after I ordered off the website and paid for my garlic sauce.....

Hot and ready is bs come here if you want to wait 30 min for crappy pizza placed an order for 7:15 it's 7:40 and I'm still waiting on crazy bread that's ridiculous

Tony is the current manager on duty tonight at Little Caesars at 327 RANDALL RD in Lake in the Hills (across from the Lowes if you need a reference).

We have been loyal customers to this particular store for years. So when we ordered on their website tonight and something was missing off our order we called the 877 number provided. Sadly no one picked up. After 15 minutes and a few attempts we decided to call the store to get their help. We explained we we tried to call the 877 number but no one answered and were now looking to the store for help. I asked to speak with a manager about the issue and was hung up on. I thought we had just got disconnected because they were busy so I called ack. This time a boy picked up the phone and informed me that the manager wasn 't going to speak to me because he just didn 't care . Yes...seriously...this is EXACTLY what I was told. Don 't ' waste your money here Tony the manager just doesn 't care about you or your business.

Owner jacks up pricing above their standard pricing. Good workers, crappy location owner.
