Call for pickup and when I came there, wait another 30 minutes because they give away some of my orders. Food is good, but service is bad.

Unprofessional. You have kids trying to run the house. You're talking about everything with everyone else. Let friends sit inside and eat and turn around with them. An employee goes out of the store to talk to a friend. I ordered online and asked for my order to be ready to be ASAP. Then come and wait half an hour. And they just sit there to conversate while the customers come. I will not be back

Hot and ready was hardly warm and the pizza obviously had in the warmer for much too long. Pizza was extremely hard and sauce was dried and not put enough. The staff sat on his phone and seemed upset when the customers came in. The worst thing was that the staff didn't wear a mask.

Give your self extra time to pick up This place used to be reliable. Order online and pizza be ready by the time I would get there. Than late fall 2021 it's being going down. It takes about 30 min to be done. No one answers the phone I should try pizza from Costco you don't need a Costco card
