What a wonderful surprise luncheon with my husband! We've been to the Bosphorus Restaurant before and loved our experience. So much so that I kept their address in my phone! This visit was no different! The ambiance, the food, and the friendly service all combine to make a special delight! I especially love the spiced fried liver that we chose as a meze...an appetizer. You can not tell it's liver. It is a delicacy that dances in your mouth and makes you want more. Husband had the Doner Lunch platter, served with rice and a salad. I had the Adana Lunch platter. We were both pleased with our meals. We shared a dessert, the traditional Baklava, which had 4 sweet pieces made to share! We left with full bellies! The waitstaff was most accommodating and often checked on our wellbeing. This Gem of an Eatery seems almost hidden in its location, but do take the time to find and enjoy their offerings! I noticed they also had take-out service. The Bosphorus is perfect for a family gathering, a romantic occasion or just to have a good Halal meal. My only regret is that I wished we lived closer! I love this restaurant. Foods are so delicious and waitresses are so friendly. I highly recommend this place especially if you have an American friends and would you like to treat them with Turkish cuisine. I will visit again soon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great small, cozy and local restaurant! Not many tables, but very clean and neat. You feel almost like on Europe. Menu is straight forward and had many enticing items. Food is tasty and fresh! Homemade as they claim! It was late in a weekday, so the place was not full. I’m sure you better reserve it for busier nights. I would definitely return!
