Brewed Blended - Lake Havasu City

Unfortunately, this restaurant is CLOSED and no longer in business. I'm certain it would have received 5 stars if it were still open.

Do people not know how to run a business? I happened to walk by and thought I'd give this place a shot, but I noticed several people waiting for at least five minutes without being served. That meant I would likely have to wait over ten minutes just for a coffee or something similar. Seriously? I ended up leaving. When you're in business, you should be primarily focused on avoiding potential profit loss, and it's clear that you're missing out because you can't anticipate or manage these problems. Whoever is in charge here needs to get it together because there's a lot of potential revenue being wasted.

I was really looking forward to trying the Acai bowl, especially since the hours said they were open. However, when I got there, I discovered it was closed, which was disappointing since there was a sign indicating they are closed on Wednesdays. To add to my frustration, I noticed a live bee inside the restaurant, which is quite off-putting considering it may have crawled over the toppings.

Whoever was working today did an EXCELLENT job with my order! The mango smoothie bowl was delicious and well presented. I also received excellent customer service, thank you for the awesome lunch!!!!

I ordered a mocha about 10 minutes before they closed and I guess the lady didn't want to get her espresso machine dirty. Instead, she just poured me a cup of coffee and added some chocolate. It was so gross I had to dump it out. Never again!!!
