Kilwins Lake Geneva

My husband and I love Kilwin’s but this one is the best hands down. The staff is AMAZING. They make the experience. Everyone is so sweet ! RJ was awesome. He gave my husband and I free ice cream because it was our wedding day. We greatly appreciated the service and the sweets are top notch. Delicious, fresh, ice cream and Carmel apples. Best ice cream and candy spot in Lake Geneva.

The ambience is really fun and cute and the fudge was amazing! Just got one slice of their Chocolate Walnut fudge the last time I went, and they've got me hooked! Looking forward to trying more fudge flavors when I come back next :

They have good fudge. It was buy 2 pieces get 3rd piece free, which helps out a little. But, it's Lake Geneva, so everything is expensive. I mean 7 bucks for a single scoop ice cream.

Delicious and fresh ice cream but you have to do a long line during the weekends.

First time in my life I haven’t finished ice cream.Most of the choices have way too many things in in it or looked too artificial. No basic cookie dough or even plain chocolate chip.I settled on a raspberry sorbet and it was so bad I threw it away after a few bites. Tasted more like a snow cone with almost no flavoring.My husband had a butter pecan and said it was fine. Not good but fine.Very disappointed and will not return.To their credit the store replied to my review same day. Unfortunately, I did ask the person helping me about plain flavors and they told me they did not have plain chocolate chip or cookie dough which was consistent with the tags. I also mentioned when I took my first taste at the counter that the sorbet wasn’t very good.
