El Pollo Loco - Lake Forest

Just wanted to say that 4 dollars for a side of guacamole that is only pico de gallo and a chunk of avocado on top of that is not worth it. Yall are wack, just start using the name the dull chicken, or teach your prep staff how to make the food right

Had a tostada salad old. meat was overdue. had made a picture, not even close to advertising.

El Pollo is usually my go to for fresh n fast... My fav is tostada salad... I usually drive thru, but none at this El toro location. Line was kinda long, 1 person on register at dinnertime?I got the salad and small guaco n chips. I'm lucky to have been reminded to ask for extra dressing by the guy in front of me asking cuz the original cup was only half full...they seemed reluctant to even give me another and it was half the size. (No salsa included) and the both of them were not enough dressing. Please don't be stingy with dressings ...everyone has slightly diff tastes with toppings. Thx still love you..just not 5 this time

At this location, the staff is generally friendly. One employee even recognized me from another El Pollo Loco I frequent. I might be eating there a bit too often, but overall, the fast food workers are usually quite nice, especially considering the challenges of low pay and lack of benefits they often face. Fast food employees deserve our appreciation, and people—including myself—often overlook the effort that goes into preparing the meals. It's especially true for the workers in the back, who go unrecognized since they're out of sight. But that's just how things are.

The restaurant doesn't have a drive-thru! Please make this update so that I can change my review. The staff at Pollo Loco are very friendly.
