El Pollo Loco - Lake Forest

El Pollo is usually my go to for fresh n fast... My fav is tostada salad... I usually drive thru, but none at this El toro location. Line was kinda long, 1 person on register at dinnertime? I got the salad and small guaco n chips. I'm lucky to havebeen reminded to ask for extra dressing by the guy in front of me asking cuz the original cup was only half full...they seemedreluctant to even give me another and it was half the size. (No salsa included) and the both of them were not enough dressing.Please don't be stingy with dressings ...everyone has slightly diff tastes with toppings. Thx still love you..just not 5 thistime

Had a phenomenal experience since I walked inside the restaurant. The place was clean, the customer service was great and best of all the food was amazing. Definitely will be going back soon.

First visit but won't b the last. Excellent food quality and taste for price is reasonable. Cashier deported herself well when dealing with a horse's a , demanding and unreasonable customer. Well done madam!!!

I came in for a snack, not even a meal. The service was fine the chicken tacos were delicious as usual. However my side dish of macaroni and cheese was not cooked properly, the sauce was way too thin and had not enough cheese flavor. Maybe it didn't cooklong enough. It is usually thicker, creamier and I just didn't enjoy it that much

My first time having it. Chicken was dried out or overcooked. Sides of Corn made with small pieces of red pepper, pinto beans and Mac and cheese. The sides were good.
