Blacks Lounge - Lake Forest

Nicole and Jaime provided outstanding service. Nicole was managing everything on her own, handling drinks, taking orders, serving food, and cleaning, all while ensuring everyone was looked after. Then Jaime stepped in and continued the high level of service. Overall, this sports bar is fantastic. With so many TVs, it's a perfect spot for sports enthusiasts. Thank you, Nicole, for being such a wonderful bartender and offering excellent service!

I have been a customer at this restaurant for quite some time, and I feel it's finally time to share my experience. Unfortunately, it has been overwhelmingly negative. I will not be returning. The venue is unclean and uninviting, and the staff are rude and condescending. I cannot recommend this place at all. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

If I could give this place a negative star, I absolutely would! The overwhelming odor of sewage throughout the restaurant made it nearly impossible to enjoy a meal or even just sit down for a cocktail. I ordered the Street Tacos on Taco Tuesday, and they were incredibly unappetizing. The fish was so tough that I couldn’t chew it, and the so-called carnitas were so bad that I took one bite and had to spit it out! I’m not sure what it really was—possibly dog food?—but it definitely was not carnitas. Additionally, the music was blaring so loudly that we had to shout just to hold a conversation. The waitress was often distracted, scrolling on her phone or chatting in the corner instead of attending to customers. Each time we needed a beer, we had to go find her ourselves. Overall, the food was awful, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was dirty and unpleasant. I highly recommend avoiding this place!

This place has a great selection of games on many TV's. We just visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was not busy. We all, except for my husband who ordered the tacos, ordered off of the small plates menu. Our food took almost an hour. My food (nachos) was cold when it did finally get there. Our son, who ordered the asada nachos said his was fine. The staff was friendly but was very slow for how non-busy it was. We are providing this review for feedback as this could be an awesome place to take friends/family.

This bar is cool, idk what everyone Is crying about with the negative ****. it's bar, come drink enjoy yourself and leave lol. It's a chill af, definitely coming back. stop being a **** whining and crying on yelp cuz things weren't perfect for you. Lol
