Palio's Pizza Cafe Hickory Creek

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered two pizzas and clicked the toppings which apparently didn?t get added. I had to drive back up there and when I spoke with the gentlemen about what happened he said there?s nothing he could do. I stated I was dissatisfied with my order and would like my money back and he kept telling me no. He then tried to bring up how many orders he had and it wasn?t his problem and handed me the pizzas back. Hope you don?t have an issue if you order with

I usually don't order soup unless I'm under the weather, but I decided to try the tomato basil soup, and it was incredible! I'll definitely be ordering it more often, even when I'm feeling fine!

The food was great like always at Palio's. I was so glad to see that this location was still open as the one in burleson is closed. Everything they serve is great quality,flavor and variety.

Visited Palio's for lunch. The Chicken Ceasar Salad was very good. Chicken served hot, lettuce fresh and crisp and dressing equally as good. The dining room was well kept and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this Palio's Pizza location.

Clearly the website say that the charge for the lunch special is $10.99 however, i was Charged way more then that and when i said Something about it i was Basically told the website is wrong and this is the price that?s not a lunch special any more. Whatever the amount it say it is you can?t just charge people whatever you want this make no sense never again when i alwAys use them.. so unprofessional on the phone and bad business In response actually i never Said anything
