Sonic Drive-in - Lake City

Yeah, this place is totally bad. at 6:30 a.m. a order to pick up and wait there for 45 minutes. himself went after the screen on the door, said the command on the way (a righteous lie) and asked what the deal was. they had not even begun to make the order. the kicker in all that was that the job was a single medium milkshake. single. milkshake. 10 minutes after this first meeting we have still not waited with a word. in the background I saw at least 12 other cars abandon all hope and leave without getting food. we finally get the order and it's missing. terrible experience with **** poor service. would not recommend going here unless they want to binge their favorite show for several hours while waiting for their order.

They are totally sucking. Every time I go here, I'll tell myself that everything I can order is soft drinks or sluts. the commercials make me want a sonic, but this will not happen at this place. dairy is a queen sweat. Long story short we need a new icebox in lake city.

We have eaten milkshakes on a hot day. my son got peanut butter oreo, my daughter got chocolate oreo and strawberry for me. so good! the young ladies were very sweet and ran like crazy in the hot sun around! tip these girls (and youngs, I just haven't seen any yet!) it's crazy how full the tip-jack at dieucks gets, but no one thinks to throw a few mice to run around the kids at any weather to bring them their shrub!

My wife and I decided that we would like to have some Sonic double cheese-burger commos. I've upgraded on tweeper rings for my side. when we were there, we said they were out of tweeper rings, so I said I would have ridden them. when we came home, which is only a 5 mile drive away, my burger was cold and dry as if he sat on a counter. the burger my wife was hot and fresh, but the bungalow had a tear on the side and the burger is covered with fat. it was so bad, we had to put the fat bag in a plastic bag to bring back only the garbage to get our money back. Usually have always great service, but that was the visit was the absolute worse. Perhaps someone should make a surprise visit at regional or regional level. it will be soon before we decide to visit sonik again.

Pulled into a spot pressed the red bottom and was never acknowledged!Pressed it repeatedly and still never was acknowledged as we saw all 3 employees inside standing around talking wasnt even busy.. finally we pulled around to go through the drive thru and finally was able to speak to an employee and place my order..Food arrived promptly but our Tatter tots were cold as ice and the burgers were cold too.. highly disappointed and def won't be going back during this shift, (SUNDAY AROUND NOON)horrible customer service and lack of quality control or care on the employees part
