Longhorn Steakhouse - Lake City

The food is delicious here, that is why I rate it four stars. Sadly we do not have a pleasant experience as customer service was terrible. We wait 45 minutes. They seat us at a table that we don 't feel comfortable with, so we request another table. The host said, okay, just wait here, and went to the front area. Honestly, I believe she forgets us. We stand there for about ten minutes waiting; a waitress approached us with attitude and said that we are in the middle of the way to go back to the front and wait. She coarsely spoke to us. Good that Angela, with a big smile, took care of us and make our dinner more pleasant. Anyway, we don 't plan to come back.

Alexis was our server she was absolutely amazing ! Drinks were out faster we had the stuffed mushroom appetizer it was phenomenal! She asked if we wanted to try our steaks parm crusted and that was a game changer. I almost had to ask her for the recipe mouth is still watering. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Will be back for the exquisite service and the delightful food

I visited Longhorn Steakhouse in Lake City last Thursday and had a great experience! When we came in, the hostess opened the doors for us and greeted us with a smile. There were four of us and we sat immediately (even if there was the best dinner time). Our table was very clean. The waitress immediately passed a plate of bread and asked our drinks. She returned in time with our drinks and requested our Entree orders. She was very helpful and patient, as we chose our dedication and pages. She even made a suggestion for what appetizer to order. We all ordered steaks, and they were in less than 30 minutes. I wasn't even finished with my salad when everyone came out. Although it was fast, every steak was cooked to our satisfaction, and the sides were also delicious! The presentation of the foods was professional and appealing. If you are looking for cheap appetizers, drinks, steaks and pages Longhorn is the place for you. I recommend Sirloin Steak and spicy chicken bites for a starter. Great taste in both dishes! The facility in Lake City is clean, fast and has a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Longhorn is a great place for a date night, or any family occasion!

A was not busy at all, so we sat right away. I guess it took a little longer than the manager wanted us to get our drinks so he offered a free appetizer. The food was delicious and the service was great. Steaks were perfectly cooked... Would definitely recommend.

Big steak and very good seafood soup. Nice clean restaurant.
