Togo's Sandwiches - Laguna Hills

I've been enjoying Togo's for years, and I think it's greatly underestimated. I really wish they would open more locations!

The service, quality, and cleanliness at this restaurant are excellent. However, there is one significant issue that concerns me: the Italian dressing tastes like it was store-bought and seems overly oily. Having worked at Togo's for several years, I can confidently say that this isn’t up to standard. The flavor of the Italian dressing was quite disappointing compared to what I previously experienced. At Togo's, they make their own Italian dressing in-house, which has a much better taste. Poor quality ingredients can lead to customer loss, which is a real concern.

I received a completely different sandwich than what I had ordered. The customer service was terrible, and they refused to refund my money for the sandwich.

Got super hungry for a sandwich on the road and discovered this little gem. It was clean and quiet when I came in, just a gentleman behind the counter chopping up some herbs. He took our order was very patient with us. It was our first time and we kind of took awhile. The food was fresh delicious! I had a 3 inch turkey sandwich with a soup deal. It was plenty of food for me! Will definitely be trying more Togo's in the future!

Used this location to cater lunch for our annual golf tournament in Dana Point. We ordered 110 lunch boxes for the event for pick up. I was blown away by the high level of service we received and the ease of dealing with them. They were incredibly efficient and professional and our large order went off without a hitch. They even had the boxes in 3 larger boxes to make it easier to transport. The quality of the sandwiches, chips cookie exceeded my expectations and everyone raved about about the lunch. We will be using them again next year.
