A beautiful place, the staff is welcoming and especially benevolent! The frame and view of the Aubrac make the charm of this wonderful place! As for the meal, the menu was excellent! Always very well served and very well presented! The plates are numerous but very well organized for always hungry! I recommend.

A magnificent step, perfect under all points. A pleasant and professional staff, an available and attentive chef, an exceptional sommelier. The ballad menu takes you to a world of subtlety and an agreement of an untiring gustative logic, inviting sensory introspection. The highly competitive hotel and a greedy spoon completes this ravishing. A haven of peace outside the world and of human and terrestrial reconciliation.

Nice place for a succulent meal. Only flavors in all dishes with a accent of legumes. There is a star for cheese with a medium saint and a goat too acid. The sommelier advised us very well by respecting our budget. Do at least once in his life. The room is very soundproof, we are calm despite the large number of guests. We were even able to visit the kitchen and the cellar

My greatest culinary experience. The Gargouillou was a sublime moment filled with emotion with an explosion of different flavors at each bite, you are a culinary magician M. Bras, first tears in front of a dish. The rest of the tasting was just as sublime.

Projected out of time we highly appreciate this little weekend in this bucolic ... The place is magical and the kitchen is unlike... The very comfortable and divinely decorated hotel encourages to install ...definitely !!!! The view is amazing despite 1 maussade weather!!!! An experience to live ABSOLUMENT !!!!
