Sonic Drive-in - Lafayette

All of the screens are glitched, food never right, last two times I went the button to order didn't work. Shouldn't take 20 minutes to order and recieve a burger at a fast food restaurant. I love Sonic but this location is a disaster.

This is the 2nd time there's been an issue with a breakfast menu item. A couple months ago, the breakfast toaster, my bacon was old, dry and too crispy. To each their own when it comes to how one prefers the crispiness of their bacon. However not only way too crispy but dry af too and 2 very small strips. Do better please. This location has gone down in quality in the last year. Had to press the order button twice after waiting nearly 5 minutes for anyone to take my order. Then had to drive to another stall to try another order button because no one took my order. Got to the second stall and had an employee tell me they would be right with me to take my order. Terrible service, sat there for 15 mins and no one answered

Worst sonic in town. It's always a pain to order and your food is usually wrong. Receipts? never gonna get one.Just go somewhere else.
