Kfc - Lafayette

Manager was rude. I came one night and ordered a #4. She asked is that it. I was like for the side an order of fries. She said that’s fine is that it? That’s fine?? Ok lol when I reached the window I asked if it was too late to add a spicy wing meal. No response just the total as she’s punching it in. I was told 7 mins wait. I pulled up along with another car for approximately 15 mins which was still fine. Same manager brings the order out. Hands the bag and walks away. I myself said thank you so much and have a great day. Of course to her back. She never turns around just walks away saying you too. Get home.. wings are ok but the other order the chicken tasted like it’s been sitting there. The meat was stiff. Close to closing soooo. First and very last time coming here.

Waited 1 hr for the food to come out. Wouldn't be going again. Got home food was cold after all the waiting time. My kids wanted KFC won't be happening again.

Bad service, we waited till 11am,they dont open yet, eventhough they see us outside the door. Poor customer service

Save the money! The chicken was rubbery and old. The col slaw was soggy. The corn was chewy.

Horrible! Just picked up an order of 3-piece mixed original but, that is not what I received. It was a 3 piece white, dark, dry, hard crispy chicken. I will never go back to that kaliste Saloom location.
