I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude. I asked for a medium iced latte with white chocolate and she asked me if I wanted cream and sugar so I said the latte comes with cream and she says “then you should have said that” because she didn’t hear me the first time when I asked for the latte… then after I order my sandwich and a donut she gets frustrated and scoffs. I was ordering clearly and quickly. No need for all that attitude. Then my mother didn’t like her coffee so she asked for a refund and the girl said she would get fired if she gave her a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here.
We stood in line for 20 minutes only to be told 2 different coffees we ordered were not available. Why are they on the menu if you don't have them? There was 1 girl working, taking and filling orders. We left without coffee and were very frustrated. We have not had a good experience at any Dunkin we have ever been in.
This may be my first Google review in a long time, but it’s worth it. Today was my second time having a horrible experience at this location. I have completed a survey and hopefully will be contacted. The person at the drive thru was rude. I had to repeat my order to them at the window and they told me to pull up and they would just “figure it out”. Well they didn’t. After coming out to ask me twice what my order was while parked, I still left without hash browns. Unfortunately, not time to go back inside. I couldn’t believe it. Two in a row. Not good.
Doughnuts were tough to chew at least a day old, if not older. The store was closed at 6:00 P{M not 7:30. In previous years this was my favorite go to store. Now it is terrible. What little stock they have on the shelf is very scarce and old. Very poor management and customer service is nonexistent. If you want fresh and tasty selection, go to WalMart, Winn Dixie, or Publix.
