Denny's - Lady Lake

Our server Otis was great!! He was very nice and was great at his job! Amazing service and polite, he was also dripped out and I thought his chain was very cool! He seemed like he was doing everything and working hard, so glad we got to meet him!

The only thing hot about our meals were the coffee's. When I commented to the waitress about the temperature of our meals, she offered to heat them up (in the microwave) for us. We ate most of the food and left. Not impressed with Denny's at this location.

Great new menu, but the restaurant is so cold that it cools her eating during her eating. I order an American slam with pancakes when I ate them, they were cold. my server keisha love was amazing. I was really impressed by her memory and attention to our table.

I loved the food and the server Nekesha was great in the beginning. ?I ordered the salted carmel with banana cream. She listened to me not doing dairy reflux ? and that went great. ? After we started eating she never came back to check on us except when time for the check. We came during the slow time between 2 3 on a Tuesday She has potential to be a great waitress if she just worked on checking up on a patron. My husband likes a refill sometimes I want a different condiment than what is on the table.

This denny had the best customer service from any Dennys I know. the employees were as good, fast and efficient as possible. for eating I have it at 2 o'clock; you will find nothing better than that, besides the speck. everything else was first class
