Bidra med feedbackMy husband was there today to order sandwiches. Mine was suppose to be a BLT with Turkey added. The sandwich was stuffed with tomatoes and lettuce and lots of mayo. 2 pieces of bacon and a cpl slices of turkey. The roll was dry. My husband was trying to help the guy but he couldn't get it. Worst sandwich ever. Next time we go to Jersey Mike's. Train your people.
The receipt has #519 as served by. I GOT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY BECAUSE OF THE CASHIER WHO PREPARED MY ORDER OF 12” OF THE PHILLY SUB FOR RHE AMOUNT OF $12.81. UNRESPECTFULLY THE CASHIER DID NOT USE ETHNIC WAY TO CHANGE SOME INGREDIENTS OF MY ORDER AND MADE ME FEEL UNSAFE TO LEAVE THE STORE OR I WOULD BE IN DANGER. HE FORCED MY TO TAKE THE SANDWICH AND PAY FOR IT WITHOUT CHANGING IT AS I WANTED. HE DESCRIBED AS A SHORT HISPANIC MAN IN HIS 30’s WITH DARK SKIN.SOME SERIOUSLY APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST HIM.
Oswaldo is very friendly and overall a great employee! He works here Monday to Friday so, if you can, meet him and talk to him! This is the most cozy Subway I have ever been in!
The guy who helped was nice, and the food was great.
One of the worse managed subways I have ever seen. Staff was incredibly slow and their customer service was horrible.
